Off to Thailand

No, I'm not being deported again. I'm actually going on vacation on the REI Multisport Thailand trip. I have a feeling this is going to kick my ass more than I suspect. I was suppose to get in shape for this trip, unfortunately the only shape I'm in is pear-shaped. Wish me luck. If the Malaria and Dengue fever don't get me I'll be back Dec 3rd. :)

I'm very impressed with your paintings. I've been painting for years so I'm envious of your solid results.
Have a good trip.

well, don't I feel silly, I tagged you too! I hope you have a wonderful and safe journey. I'm picturing you two on a tandem bike, Jenn steers while you paint.

Jeff- I am ashamed to say two things: 1) Just the sound of a single day of 7+ Hours "hiking" at "elevation" gives me the bends! (Not to mention all the days before and AFTER...) 2) I have been following your progress for at least 7 or 8 months and never left you a comment before NOW?! It took being tagged to get me over just being a friendly lurker. I have used your 120 approach since making the jump from an Ad Agency- to painting. Keep up the good work and THANK YOU for sharing your ideas. I can't wait to see what your reference material produces when you get back! Have fun!

Hi Jeff,
I'm jealous of your travels. Here's some homework for you.
You have been tagged.

The rules of being tagged are:
1. Link to person who tagged you
2. Mention the rules
3. List 6 or 7 unusual things about yourself or quirky but boring, unspectacular details about yourself
4. Tag 6 or 7 other bloggers at the end of your post and comment on their blogs to let them know they've been tagged

Hope you guys are doing ok over there and can find a flight out. Be sure to let us all know when your back Jeff.

Man, We just few back and boy are my arms tired from flight transfers. Seriously. We were often running and missed a few flights. Getting back was a nightmare because of the political coup and closing of Bangkok airports. Anyhoo enough bitchin about revolutions, back to important stuff: painting. Thanks for the tags guys As soon as I figure out what that means I'll do it. :)

Glad you're back jeff. Was thinking about you.

So... was the multisport part of it fun?
Did you get more of a workout on that or running to catch planes?

Was beginning to worry if you made it back not seeing a new post, but in checking comments I see you have arrived safely home!!!

Nice work Jeff...you continue to inspire from what I hear from other artists, and from what I see!!!

Keep it up...!!!

Frank- Thanks Frank! Glad to be back. Yeah it really was beautiful and fun. The hiking really did kick my ass and I swear all the white rice made me gain 10 pounds!

Larry- Ha! I was worried myself for awhile! Thanks for the kind words. I'll see if I can't get back on the brush soon. :)
