5"x7" Oil on Masonite Sold
Ah, Good old King's Grocery. If you ever get tired of Whole Foods and eating completely sustainable/local/organic (insert any other green buzz words) head down to this good old family grocery at the end of my block. The people are southern friendly and it's got that old grocery smell about it. To boot they have products that look straight out of the southern past: Pig's feet in jars, rock candy, old snuff tins. I should be painting this stuff before it all disappears.

I like your colors including the grays to support the bright colors. You're great at simple shapes, keeping it uncluttered.

I would love to see what you could do with rock candy. That was one of my favorite things as a kid..still is if I can find it.
