6"x6" oil on masonite SOLD
The challenge of this one for me was to NOT get wrapped up in details. All those apple and then bag over create so many shapes. Don't panic. Relax. Don't think. Just scan and compare. Squint and blur your eyes. Don't paint "things", just put the color shapes in the right relationship in the right place. Plug em in, and say no to fussing. It didn't even come together as something until the end. At least I didn't notice it until then. :)

In your description you've written a perfectly succinct description of How To Paint. I absolutely love it. You should print it and take it with you whenever you paint. _I_ should print it and take it with me whenever I paint. It works!!! This painting is spot on.
