Whites are hard for me. I have a hard time trying to bring the exposure down so that highlights still read. That being said I'm very pleased with this painting. I don't know if it comes across but the actual painting has an opalescent quality to it. It has a pearly harmonious color key. One of these days I'll get better at taking photos.

Yes, there is a pearly quality. It's really cool. You did dynamic things with white, and the light reads really well. I'm happy that you sold some work last week!
