#174 Boardwalk


6"x6" oil on masonite Sold

It's the awning. It's the color changes (green and yellow) as the form turns into dark that make me want to paint this. Color is so much fun.

Jeff - Thank you so much for your kind words on my blog - it's nice to meet you and your work! Your post for today is fun... it IS the awning, love that yellow with shades of green. I'm also intrigued by the strong directional pull which the rider so importantly rides against - he keeps us inside the picture.
