6"x6" oil on masonite Sold
This was my second shot at this one and I'm glad it came out. It feels kind of designy to me because I composed it based on the shadow shape (and the big triangle notch in it). I like how the colors came out and corrected the photo as best I could to reflect that. I thought the daisy was "careless" because it looks up to the light unaware of the shadow, oblivious of how important the shadow is to the composition.
